When frozen leukocytes
exposed to harmful factors of the complex, due to their complex
cellular structure and high metabolism. Cryopreservatives allow to
avoid damages, but most of which are toxic. The aim of the present
was to compare the efficacy of application of two non-toxic
solutions for conservation of leukocytes at -40°С for 1 day. It was
show that solution containing cryoprotector mixed action (a derivative
of urea) and antihypoxant (sodium fumarate) is most effective in
preserving the functional activity of leukocytes.
